SHORT DESCRIPTION

Two listless young women start a daring social media movement that quickly spins out of control and into a revolutionary direction. As their actions become increasingly criminal, they must evade efforts of law enforcement to bring them to justice. Meanwhile, they must contend with the looming possibility that supernatural forces are driving the rise of their online cult.

Psycholonials begins on April 20th, 2020, taking place on an island off the coast of New England. Suitable for adult audiences only.

GAME DETAILS

• Psycholonials is politically charged and highly topical. It takes place in 2020 at the onset of the pandemic, and just before the mass protests begin in the United States.

• Psycholonials takes the name of the genre "visual novel" literally. It's a heavily illustrated story which reads like a novel, presented in a digital format, available through Steam or on mobile in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• The story contends with themes of online activism, the cult-like nature of such movements, revolution, imperialism, police brutality, and the perils of mass-indoctrination. 

• Psycholonials is 9 chapters in total, and each chapter is released serially as shown on the site schedule. The final chapter will be available on 4/20.
